What is and is not verified
Reviewers do not need an account or email address. Wisploft cannot verify a purchase or independently prove the experience, so every published review is labelled “Unverified experience”. A review is not an endorsement by Wisploft.
Moderation and publication
Every review is checked before publication for spam, links, unlawful content, personal data, harassment and whether it describes an experience with Wisploft. Rating and criticism are not grounds for rejection. We do not pay for reviews or give advantages for a particular rating.
Ordering and score
Published reviews are shown newest first. The displayed average uses every currently published review with equal weight. Rejected, pending and deleted reviews are not counted.
Removal and reporting
The browser that submitted a review receives a necessary deletion cookie. Anyone can report a review through the illegal-content form or contact form. We reassess reports under these rules and the terms, and record the outcome.
