By using this website or a game from Wisploft, you agree to these terms.

Using the games and the site

You get a personal, non transferable license to play the games for your own entertainment. Please do not redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell them, and do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break it or spam the contact form.

What belongs to whom

The games, the artwork, the name and the content on this site belong to Wisploft unless stated otherwise. Anything you send me through the contact form stays yours, but you allow me to read it and reply to it.

No warranty

The games and this site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. This is a small studio learning in the open, so things may break or change.

Apple

Apps downloaded through the App Store are also subject to Apple's terms. Apple is not responsible for a game or its content.
