Privacy Policy

Last updated August 10, 2026

Wisploft is a one person game studio. This policy explains what this website does with your information. It is written to be plain and honest, and it reflects how the site actually works today.

What I collect

The site works without accounts and without tracking. I only hold information you choose to send me:

Launch list. If you give me your email to be notified about a game, I store that address only to send you that one notification.

Contact and ideas. If you send a ticket through the contact form, I keep your message, and your name and email if you added them. To keep out spam and repeat votes on the idea board, I also store a one way hashed version of your IP address and your browser's user agent string. The raw IP address is never saved.

Cookies

There are no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is a short lived session cookie that protects the forms on this site against forged requests, and it is also what I use to log in to the admin area. It identifies your browser session, not you, and it is not used to track you.

Third parties

This website does not use analytics, ad networks, or social tracking. Fonts and scripts are served from this site itself, so simply visiting does not hand your data to any third party. The site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes it on my behalf. When games later ship on the App Store, Apple collects download and purchase data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you and ask me to delete it at any time through the contact form. I keep messages and sign-ups only for as long as they are useful and remove them on request.

Children

The games and this site are not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Meaningful changes will be described here.
